Stirling Properties Welcomes Elizabeth Morrison To its Team

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana —- (December 1, 2011) Stirling Properties announces the addition of Elizabeth Morrison to the company’s Commercial Brokerage Division where she will join the team of sales professionals located at 615 Baronne Street, Suite 100, in New Orleans as a Sales and Leasing Executive/Associate Broker.

Mrs. Morrison has over 11 years of industry experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation, investment, leasing and retail sales. Prior to joining Stirling Properties, she was a Managing Associate Broker with Beau Box Commercial Real Estate helping to open their Commercial and Residential Real Estate Division in New Orleans in 2010.

Recently, she participated in a 125,000 square-foot transaction with Carrier AC as well as project managed first generation office space in the New Orleans Metro, supervising both the construction and leasing aspects. Mrs. Morrison’s previous positions with NAI/Latter & Blum and Kirschman Realty, L.L.C. also afforded her the opportunity to work with major national and regional tenants in the Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama markets.

Mrs. Morrison earned an undergraduate degree from Tulane University Newcomb College and obtained a Master’s Degree from the University of New Orleans in Urban Planning and Development with a concentration in Real Estate Development and Redevelopment.
